The Laboratory for Fluid Technique (LFT), in cooperation with TRECON d.o.o. and TRM PRO d.o.o., has developed:

FILTRATOR 2020

A large industrial mobile hydraulic oil filtration device with a diagnostic center. This advanced mobile unit is primarily intended for high-quality circulation filtration of hydraulic oil and filtering new oil during the filling of hydraulic tanks.

FUNCTIONS

Diagnostic center for oil property monitoring:

  • Measures oil cleanliness by ISO standards (4 µm, 6 µm, 14 µm, 21 µm)
  • Measures oil temperature, viscosity, dielectric constant
  • Measures moisture content
  • Tracks changes in physical properties over time
  • Displays oil properties after successful filtration
  • Logs data to external media (USB)
  • Enables network data transmission
  • Exports data in Excel graph format

Automatic oil filtration:

  • Coarse pre-filtration
  • Magnetic separation of metallic particles
  • Fine filtration with 3 µm nominal filter inserts
  • Moisture extraction
  • Auto-stop upon achieving target cleanliness

TESTER 2025

A dynamic hydraulic testing station for determining the fatigue strength of test specimens.
The device performs high-quality durability testing, determines Wöhler curves, and tests incoming materials.

  • Load force range: 100 N to 2000 N (customizable)
  • Operating modes:
    • Manual: for clamping and positioning
    • Automatic: for high-cycle dynamic loading and monitoring
  • Real-condition simulation with industrial heaters up to 800 °C

Control and software:

  • Controlled via modern touchscreen (Siemens HMI)
  • Real-time data transfer to company network
  • Data visualization and analysis via external interfaces (e.g., Matlab, Dewesoft)
  • Option to create a digital twin for remote monitoring
  • Integration with safety systems: fire alarms, security systems, video surveillance
