FLEX Automation
With FLEX Automation, we make automation possible even in high-mix, low-volume production environments. We integrate robots and manipulators, CNC machines, pallet and zero-point workholding systems, CMM measuring machines and production management software into flexible and modular manufacturing systems. With EROWA solutions, we can automate both new and existing CNC machines, enabling more efficient production of small batches and a wide variety of parts, as well as unattended operation without the constant presence of an operator. SERVICE | Milling Machines
We provide mechanical and electronic servicing of CNC milling machines and machining centres, ranging from diagnostics and commissioning to complex mechanical overhauls. Our services include machine levelling, geometry and squareness correction, slideway and low-friction lining refurbishment, spindle servicing or replacement, as well as laser calibration and Ballbar measurements. By combining mechanical expertise with our experience in CNC and servo systems, we are able to assess and service the machine as a complete system. SERVO Systems
We develop and implement drive and control systems for machines and production lines. Our solutions include servo drives, frequency inverters, PLC control, positioning and multi-drive synchronisation. We carry out demanding applications such as unwinding and rewinding lines, flying saws, manipulators and servo-hydraulic systems, as well as the modernisation and retrofit of existing industrial production lines.
