Compact design with high performance
EROWA Robot Leonardo is designed to make the most of your available space. This compact unit, requiring only 4 square meters (2×2 m), can accommodate up to 32 UPC 320 pallets. Consequently, this makes it one of the most space-efficient solutions on the market. An integrated loading station eliminates the need for external set-up areas as pallets leave the system. In addition, Robot Leonardo automatically loads pallets into free spaces in the warehouse. Depending on your needs, different pallets will be stored at different levels, according to their height and matching.
Versatile and scalable automation
One of the key features of the EROWA Leonardo robot is its ability to simultaneously load two milling machines. This ability to load two machines increases throughput and above all accelerates return on investment (good ROI). This makes it an ideal solution for high-demand production environments.
The Leonardo robot offers unparalleled flexibility with its ability to be compatible with different pallet sizes. For example EROWA Leonardo loads milling machines with EROWA pallet sizes from ITS 148 mm to MTS 500 mm. The system can also work together with an automatic clamping system, and with the optional automatic gripper change, it can seamlessly transition between different types of pallets. The robot can also carry elements up to 120 kg. The robot’s X-axis boasts a travel range of 1565mm. This allows it to reach the chuck on the machine table regardless of which area of the machine it is on. It works smoothly even when two routers are connected to Robot Leonardo.
The one-block design of the Leonardo robot ensures stability and durability, making it suitable even for demanding industrial environments. In addition, the scalable concept allows for adaptation to meet different needs. The Leonardo robot primarily boasts an autonomous system that ensures a clean working environment, consequently working with the machine is extremely easy.



EROWA JMS 4.0
The EROWA JMS 4.0 process control system is integrated into the Leonardo robot and provides real-time monitoring and control of the entire production process. This advanced system connects all important data, which ensures high production efficiency. The intuitive control panel allows operators to easily manage the system. In addition, the high degree of autonomy means that the pallets are automatically stored in the available positions in the warehouse.
Safety
With the Leonardo robot, safety comes first. The system is equipped with integrated security features, including RFID-based pallet identification as well as an optional light barrier for safe operation. Above all, these features ensure smooth and safe operation.
