Q – MEASURE

One of the key advantages of Q-Measure is also able to automatically generate measurement programs based on predefined points and tolerances. Above all, this minimizes human intervention, ensuring consistency and reducing errors. The software identifies the electrode or workpiece, generates the program, and begins the measurement autonomously, which drastically reduces setup times.

With the automatic presetting and target/actual comparisons, EROWA Q-Measure guarantees maximum process reliability. This allows for both intermediate and final inspections, ensuring that each component meets the necessary specifications before continuing in the production process. QUICKLINK XT
The EROWA QuickLink XT is a software solution that facilitates the seamless transfer of presetting data from EROWA’s PreSet 2D/3D stations directly to EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines. The software is specifically designed to ensure accurate conversion and efficient data transfer, enabling high-precision machining operations.
The main function of QuickLink XT is to take the preset data — which includes positioning and tool specifications — and transfer it to machines such as CNC and EDM systems. Thus streamlining the workflow between presetting and production stages. This automation reduces human errors, increases efficiency, and improves accuracy during machining.
The QuickLink XT software is compatible with various machine controllers. This includes Sodick and Makino EDNC, making it a versatile choice for manufacturers using different systems. Each version of the software includes the necessary installation files, interface cables, and USB dongle protection to ensure secure and effective data transfers.
EROWA CMM CUBESCAN
EROWA CMM CubeScan Technology is a high-speed, non-contact measurement solution designed for rapid and efficient quality control. Using a laser scanner, CubeScan quickly measures workpieces without requiring additional measurement programs. The system simplifies the inspection process by automatically generating measurement data. The data is then fed into the control system for comparison with preset standards. If any deviations are found, defective workpieces are automatically blocked, ensuring high-quality production.
CubeScan is designed to minimize programming efforts, making it ideal for industries where quick, precise measurements are essential. It also offers reverse engineering capabilities, allowing the digitalization of parts to create accurate 3D models. The technology integrates seamlessly with EROWA’s CMM Qi measuring machine and other coordinate measuring devices, offering a comprehensive solution for both in-process and post-production inspections
