The EROWA Robot Easy 800 is equipped with a fork gripper and a transfer axis with a travel length of 3,200 mm, making it suitable for loading large parts with diameters of up to 850 mm and heights of 1,000 mm. The system’s rotatable magazine plates simplify the preparation process by allowing easy access to all pallets. Moreover, the magazine has a capacity of up to 12 positions, providing enough storage for multiple pallets.
This robot supports manual loading with overhead crane access, which is ideal for handling very large and heavy workpieces. The EROWA LiftGear MTS 630 further enhances the system’s capability by providing safe handling of heavy pallets.
The sturdy construction of the Robot Easy 800 allows it to carry a total payload of 6,400 kg on a footprint of just 9 sqm, making it very space-efficient. Its JMS 4.0 process control system ensures seamless control and monitoring of the entire automation process, optimizing productivity. The machine table heights, operable from 765 mm to 1,200 mm, provide flexibility for various types of CNC machines.
