EROWA Lift: Simplifying Machine Loading
The EROWA Lift is installed in a fixed position next to the machine, offering a reliable tool for moving workpieces from transport pallets to the machine or robot magazines. It is also equipped with a powerful two-level speed drive and stable Z-axis guidance. This consequently ensures precise vertical movements, allowing operators to load workpieces safely and easily.
The Lift’s segmented arm design provides optimal accessibility, enabling operators to access the workspace with ease. The two-hand control system, integrated with secure button monitoring, ensures safe and reliable operation. Whether lifting light or heavy loads, the EROWA Lift reduces physical strain, ensuring that even high-level magazine positions can be accessed without risk of injury.

- EROWA Lift Long Axis: This version supports a maximum transfer weight of 100 kg, featuring extended movement capabilities with a Z range of 1660 mm and X range of 1850 mm.

EROWA LiftGear: Handling Heavy Pallets with Precision
For applications that require moving heavy pallets into UPC or MTS chucks on setup stations or in robot magazines, the EROWA LiftGear offers a reliable and safe solution. Compatible with UPC, MTS 400, and MTS 500 pallet systems, the LiftGear allows for smooth transportation of pallets throughout the production facility.
The EROWA LiftGear is also designed to transport workpieces weighing up to 250 kg. For special applications, the system can accommodate pallets with transfer weights up to 800 kg and workpiece heights up to 1000 mm. This consequently makes it ideal for moving large and heavy parts in tight spaces.
