High Clamping Power and Stability
The ProductionChuck 210 offers a high clamping power of up to 20,000 N. The power is generated through a spring and secured with a self-locking ball mechanism. This ensures a strong and stable connection between the chuck and the pallet, providing reliable clamping even during heavy-duty machining. The system is equipped with a through-borehole of ø 81 mm, allowing for central material feed or the passage of air, hydraulic, and vacuum lines, making it ideal for use on lathes and dividing heads.
The Z-supports, positioned far outside the center, ensure a stable support for larger workpieces, accommodating tilting moments effectively. These supports are automatically cleaned with compressed air, and dynamic pressure checks guarantee that the pallet is securely in place.

Optimized for Five-Sided Machining
The cylindrical design of the EROWA ProductionChuck 210 supports best-in-class accessibility to the workpiece. Consequently this makes it particularly effective for five-axis machining in a single setup. This reduces the need for re-clamping, which not only saves time but also minimizes errors caused by repositioning. The system’s pallet is indexable in four positions (4 x 90°), ensuring precise orientation and repeatability with an accuracy of less than 0.002 mm.
The system can accommodate workpieces of up to 400 x 400 x 400 mm. As a result this makes it versatile for different applications, from small precision parts to larger components. Additionally, its compact and low-profile design ensures that the chuck can be used on a variety of machines, including milling machines, lathes, and EDM centers.
