EROWA ROBOT DYNAMIC – ERD
The EROWA Robot Dynamic family offers a range of advanced automation solutions, designed to meet the diverse needs of modern manufacturing environments. It is an open ecosystem, adaptable to various production setups, suitable for both existing machines (retrofit) and new production lines. The family includes the EROWA Robot Dynamic 150L, 250 and 500. These are designed to handle workpieces of different sizes and weights, while maintaining flexibility, precision and efficiency. In the weight class from 150 to 500 kg transfer capacity, the Robot Dynamic Family impresses with its compact design and many configuration options. This turns a CNC machine into an automated manufacturing cell at a reasonable cost. They make them indispensable in tool shops, workshops, machine shops and other industrial environments, regardless of the size of the product series.
SUITABLE FOR ALL CONDITIONS
Each robot in the EROWA Robot Dynamic – ERD family is designed for flexibility, scalability and high performance. These robots can be equipped with rail systems. The rails extend up to 30 meters, which allows them to serve several machines placed on all four sides. Expansion is also possible as your production expands. Furthermore, Dynamic Robots include intelligent loading stations, ensuring uninterrupted operation even during pallet loading.. The automatic gripper change system in these robots allows them to seamlessly switch between different pallet sizes, further enhancing their versatility.
The robot’s modular design ensures that they can be developed according to your production requirements. At the same time, they offer a long-term investment suitable for the future. They also enable flexible configurations that maximize efficiency in a wide variety of industrial environments. Cost-effective safety barriers increase safety without unnecessary expense. SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF DYNAMIC ROBOTS
In the design of all EROWA Robot Dynamic – ERD models, safety and space efficiency are the priorities. Consequently robots are built with integrated protection systems. For instance, they include features such as automatic air cleaning mechanisms and protective seals. Their purpose is to prevent contamination with chips and coolant. On the other hand, the compact design of the robots ensures that they take up minimal space, making them ideal even for space-constrained environments.
JMS 4.0 AND EWIS™ RFID
All models are equipped with an integrated JMS 4.0 process control system and centralized hardware task management and management of internal work orders. Furthermore this MES (Manufacturing Execution System) ensures seamless management of all operations. Its purpose is to ensure that every task is completed accurately and efficiently. The EWIS™ RFID chip and scanner system is a standard feature in the family and it enables automatic identification of pallets and ensures consistent and accurate handling of workpieces.
ERD’S FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION
The introduction of Erowa’s ERD robots follows the concept of FMC flexible manufacturing, which foresees the introduction of automated production in four steps. Accordingly , such an approach to automation enables the gradual introduction of automation, a reduced need for machine operators (repetitive work is reduced) and extremely good utilization of the machine park (good OEE).
