Each robot in the EROWA Robot Dynamic – ERD family is designed for flexibility, scalability and high performance. These robots can be equipped with rail systems. The rails extend up to 30 meters, which allows them to serve several machines placed on all four sides. Expansion is also possible as your production expands. Furthermore, Dynamic Robots include intelligent loading stations, ensuring uninterrupted operation even during pallet loading.. The automatic gripper change system in these robots allows them to seamlessly switch between different pallet sizes, further enhancing their versatility.

JMS 4.0 AND EWIS™ RFID

All models are equipped with an integrated JMS 4.0 process control system and centralized hardware task management and management of internal work orders. Furthermore this MES (Manufacturing Execution System) ensures seamless management of all operations. Its purpose is to ensure that every task is completed accurately and efficiently. The EWIS™ RFID chip and scanner system is a standard feature in the family and it enables automatic identification of pallets and ensures consistent and accurate handling of workpieces.

ERD’S FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION

The introduction of Erowa’s ERD robots follows the concept of FMC flexible manufacturing, which foresees the introduction of automated production in four steps. Accordingly , such an approach to automation enables the gradual introduction of automation, a reduced need for machine operators (repetitive work is reduced) and extremely good utilization of the machine park (good OEE).
