Flexible Automation of CNC Production

The automation of CNC production is no longer limited to large batches of identical parts.

With FLEX automation, we connect machines, robots, clamping systems, measuring technology and production management software into flexible manufacturing systems that are also suitable for small batches and frequent product changeovers.

Our solutions include robots and handling systems, pallet systems, zero-point clamping systems, CMM measuring machines and software for managing production tasks.

One of Trecon’s special competencies is the retrofit of existing CNC machines for automation. An existing machine can be upgraded with automatic doors, robot communication, a suitable clamping system, safety components and control equipment, allowing it to be integrated into an automated production cell.

EROWA

Trecon has been cooperating with the Swiss company EROWA since 2022.

EROWA specializes in technologies for flexible production automation: robotic systems, standardized clamping and zero-point systems, workpiece preparation, measuring technology and production management software.

Their approach is based on modularity. Automation can start with a single machine and a smaller robotic system, and later be expanded to include multiple machines, additional storage systems, measuring devices and other processes.

An important part of this concept is EROWA JMS 4.0, which connects production tasks, machines, robots and measuring systems, providing better transparency and organization of automated production.

At Trecon, we integrate individual EROWA components with the CNC machine, its control technology, safety system and production process, creating a complete automated solution.
