Tester 2025 is a dynamic hydraulic test bench designed to determine the long-term dynamic strength of test specimens. The system is intended for high-quality endurance testing, determination of Wöhler curves and incoming material testing.

- alternating load force from 100 N to 2000 N,

- manual operating mode for specimen clamping and manual position adjustment,
- automatic operating mode for dynamic loading and monitoring at high cycle numbers,
- simulation of real operating conditions with industrial heaters up to 800 °C.

- machine control via a modern Siemens HMI touch screen,
- transfer of real-time data to the company network,
- possibility of data visualization and processing via external interfaces, such as Matlab or Dewesoft,
- option to create a digital twin in a remote control room,
- connectivity with external safety systems, such as fire protection systems, alarm systems and video surveillance.
