Trecon has been active in the field of CNC technology since the company was founded in 1990. CNC Machine Modernization and Service
Many CNC machines remain mechanically robust and fully usable, while their controls, drives, or measuring systems have become outdated. In such cases, modernization or retrofitting can be a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new machine.
By upgrading key components, we can extend the service life of the machine, improve its reliability and accuracy, and simplify operation. A retrofit may include replacement of the CNC control, drive components, measuring systems, electrical equipment, or operator panels.

Calibration and Accuracy Testing
The accuracy of a CNC machine depends on the condition of its guideways, spindles, drives, measuring systems, machine geometry, and control settings. Wear, mechanical loads, and temperature effects can gradually reduce machine accuracy and affect machining quality.
Using laser calibration, circularity testing with ballbar systems, and machine geometry inspection, we determine the actual condition of the machine and identify any necessary corrections. These measurements are particularly valuable when resolving accuracy issues, following major service interventions, or as part of preventive maintenance.
